Women's Empowerment, LLC was founded in 2008 as the Women's Millionaire Network and changed its name later that year to Women's Empowerment LLC to reflect our expanded vision of supporting women to awaken to and achieve greater possibilities in all areas of their lives.Our mission is to evolve consciousness and to catalyze inspired action in the world by empowering women to achieve their full potential and attain financial freedom.

The Founding Group BARBARA CUNNINGHAM is a professional coach and works with people who want a better relationship with them-selves, others and their work. Her own diverse and in-depth life long exploration of the human spirit and its power to reshape one’s world has afforded her an ability to understand and teach others to gain access to them. Her work with people results in deeper levels of awakening such that they are more able to activate the power of their true self.She has created innovative educational methods within mainstream programs for deaf children, managed teams nationwide responsible for contributions to a non profit organization and coached women entrepreneurs in a program resulting in self and financial empowerment. Her background includes education, corporate sales, non profit fundraising, training, administration and event production and corporate coaching.Barbara has a M.S. in Deaf Education as well as certifications in training and communication programs. She lives in her favorite place - southern California.

CAROLYN ANDERSON is an educator, author, speaker and social pioneer. She is the Producer of the Womens Empowerment Channel and a partner in People Assets International, a marketing and consulting firm. As the co-founder and co-director of Global Family and a founding partner of Hummingbird Community in northern New Mexico, she has coordinated activities for numerous global events, assisted with the creation of social cooperation trainings, and facilitated a number of international conferences. She co-authored The Co-Creators Handbook.Carolyn has a B.A. degree in political science and history from Stanford University and a M.A. in womens studies. She lives in northern California with her husband John Zwerver.
CYNTHIA BUCHANAN has been involved with community service for many years. She has been president of Forest Grove Little League, co-organized Little Guy Football, ran a successful Babe Ruth program, served on Forest Grove Booster Club, and volunteered for numerous programs at Forest Grove High School. She worked very closely with the creator of the Forest Grove Alternative Education Program to organize and maintain the program for five years. Her ability to connect with at risk students was one of the most rewarding aspects of her daily responsibilities. A true testament to Cynthia’s respect and love for the kids is the number of young men and women that stay in touch with her. Cynthia compassion for others led her to become a volunteer for Hospice. She has been a successful business owner, involved with network marketing and personal development for several years.She attended college in London, Ontario, Canada and has an associate degree in Recreation Leadership. Cynthia lives in Forest Grove, Oregon with her husband of 33 years, John Buchanan.

SARA SENET is a skilled businesswoman and social entrepreneur, has created and developed many successful businesses throughout the years. In the 1980s, she founded the largest flatbed transportation brokerage company in the U.S., growing it from a single office to a company with multiple locations and fifty employees. She later gifted half the company to her second in command in order to devote her time and energy to working with national and global service organizations. With a background in real estate development, she is currently helping homeowners avoid foreclosure during these difficult economic times.Sara is a founding partner of Hummingbird Community in northern New Mexico, a living laboratory for the evolution of consciousness. Sara has been instrumental in creating a well functioning retreat and training center that models sustainable living practices. She is a graduate of Mills College.
SUSAN TIEGER has been a psychotherapist in private practice for over thirty years. As a therapist, educator and consultant to therapists she has a long-standing commitment to accompanying people through their own growth and development on the journey to emotional, psychological and spiritual health and wellbeing. Her background includes teaching and counseling in community colleges and women’s programs.She has a long- standing interest in community building and is a founding member of the Board of Directors of Ashby Village, a non-profit membership organization providing services that enable people to live in their own homes as they age. She has a B.A in Fine Arts, an M.S. in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. Susan lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her partner Max Lan.

The mission of the Women's Empowerment Foundation is to support and invest in those programs, projects and organizations that foster the evolution of consciousness and empower women to express their full potential. WE believes that when women are empowered, children, families and communities can benefit and even thrive.
A portion of all profits from Women's Empowerment LLC projects goes to the WE Foundation for distribution to other programs and organizations that are aligned with our mission.
The WE Foundation is committed to the values of love, cooperation, gender equality and social justice and envisions a world in which all members of our human family are expressing their unique gifts and are living in harmony with the Earth and with one another.
